Our Philosophy - the Way We Do Things

Partnership is an often overused and undervalued word - not at QVQ.

Our philosophy is to look at each individual project and consider the following question:

"Would we invest QVQ's own money in this project?"

We will then advise our partners of our decision and conclusions.

In development we use an '8 step' process when approaching projects as follows:
  1. Consider the programme objectives
  2. Consider the target audience
  3. Consider the teaching and technical environment i.e. classroom with projection, distance learning on-line etc
  4. Consider the market size and development
  5. Advise on our approach and agree with our partners
  6. Project plan by milestone
  7. Rigorous testing - technical and with the target audience
  8. Delivery - on time and most importantly to specification.
This approach has worked successfully for all of our projects and ensures the programme is right for the market, is produced to budget, time and specification.
