Currency
These are the current TERMS & CONDITIONS and replace any other terms or conditions previously published. If we decide to change our TERMS & CONDITIONS, we will post these changes on this page.
Participation
Our websites may include bulletin boards, discussion groups and other public areas that allow feedback to QVQ and interaction between users. The opinions, advice and statements contained in messages posted on the Sites ("Messages") are those of the Users and not QVQ. Copyright in any software that is made available for download for the participation in the Service ("Software") belongs to QVQ or its suppliers. Your use of the Software is governed by the terms of any licence agreement that may accompany or be included with the Software. Certain promotions on the Site may also be subject to particular terms and conditions.

If QVQ reasonably believes that your ID is being used in any way which is not permitted by this Agreement, QVQ reserves the right to cancel access rights immediately on giving notice to you and to block access from your ID.
Trademarks
Any trademarks featured on the web site are owned or licensed by QVQ or by the respective third party. You may not use these trademarks or logos without written permission. Copyright and Limited Rights to Use Content All material displayed on QVQ ("Content") belongs to QVQ or QVQ has obtained the permission of the content owner to reproduce the Content on the web site.
